SHIPPING (UPDATED: 1/15/23)

 Shipping within the Continental USA is free on all orders above €100. Items estimated to arrive within 5 days of order confirmation.

 Orders under €100 will have a €9.95 flat shipping fee added at checkout. All International Shipments have a flat shipping fee of €100.

 Returns & Exchanges

 You may return any item within 7 days of order delivery for a full refund to the credit card used to place the order. From 7-14 days of order delivery, you can return order and receive store credit. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of order delivery.

 Items must be returned unused and in original packaging - with all labels, tags and barcodes still attached. A sales receipt must be returned along with the merchandise as well.

 Please allow 7-14 days for us to process your return. You should receive the refund/credit to your credit card within 1-2 billing cycles.

 Non-Returnable Items

 Items purchased on sale or other promotion cannot be returned. However, you may exchange these items for a different size of the same item at our store, if in stock.

 There are no returns or exchanges on Underwear and Swimwear.

 Return Options

 In Store: Returns brought to one of our four convenient retail locations are FREE and easy. You will receive a full refund, with no return shipping or restocking fees applied.

Return by Mail: Please click the “Start a Return” button on the bottom of our website and follow instructions. Make sure to have your order number and the email address used for the order handy. A flat rate shipping fee of €9.95 per order will be deducted from the refund amount. No restocking fees will be charged.

 Exchanges: We are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different item or size, please return your original order and place a new order for your desired items.
